Complete Program Layout: 3-4 Phases

As we work through each phase you will focus on creating healthier routines centered around:

NUTRITION * ACTIVITY * LIFESTYLE * TRACKING 


The phases are broken down into weeks. Each week will have new tasks focusing on improving these 4 pillars by explaining WHAT you will do, HOW to do each task and WHY these tasks are important for your success.

PHASE 1 - METABOLIC DISCOVERY

It is essential to get in the habit of building habits. We will spend the first 1-2 weeks here. This is the purely diagnostic part of my program where we establish a baseline with: your metabolism, your lifestyle, food preferences and help you find a routine that fits you individually. But most importantly, you will be building daily habits essential to driving results fast. 

PHASE 2 - DRIVE FAT LOSS

By this point, we have established healthy fitness habits that you enjoy, and MOST IMPORTANTLY you are well adapted to tracking and assessing these habits within the 4 pillars of success. This is the phase where we turn our focus to DRIVING fat loss specifically with your nutrition and your activity. Length of this Phase is dependent on your individual goals for the overall look you will be creating.

PHASE 3 - METABOLIC RECOVERY 

This is where you learn to KEEP those hard earned results. Studies show that 80% of people REGAIN the weight they lose from a diet within a year. That number rises to 95% by year 5. 


This happens because nobody is taught how to recover their metabolism through the Reverse Dieting process.


This is the Phase where you BECOME the Top 5% that maintains lasting results.
