Hi, I'm Stephanie...
...and My Jeans didn't get TIGHT overnight!
I gain ugly JIGGLY body fat EASILY.
I have to work EXTREMELY hard to peel it off.
I have struggled with program after program myself,
and even though I have always known how to properly lose fat,
I still would fall into the cycle of making excuses for and validating my INDULGENCES
From thinking, I work 7+ horses everyday, that should keep the weight down.
To scarfing down an entire bag of Doritos..
..along with free choice cake, or white chocolate macadamia nut cookies from the gas station.
To thinking, all these barn chores will counter the 4 donuts I ate for breakfast..
..and then I top that with a stuffed crust pizza later on
Thinking, that bodyweight workout is ENOUGH to tighten up the junk in the trunk
..and the next day: delicious Mexican food with all the fixings-chips & queso, warm tortillas and enchiladas....
To thinking the dryer just shrunk my jeans a little more than normal, they'll loosen up after I work a horse or two..
Over Time, Those Indulgences Added Up On Me To Look Like This:

I don't even have pictures of me from then because I was
Completely UNHAPPY.
A Long Way From..
just accepting the fact that I don't have the build to look like the bikini girls on the Gram...
avoiding or hiding behind others or objects in pictures...
avoiding posting pictures of my barrel runs on social media...
having zero confidence in a bathing suit...
avoiding looking at myself in mirrors because I didn't like what I saw...
feeling uncomfortable in my own skin....
feeling sick and tired of being sick and tired...
